In this case study we have Helen who is a cancer patient, that depends on her medications to be delivered in a timely matter when ordered.
When the order was placed her confirmation said arriving in 3 days Tuesday came and no meds.
She reached out to the sender requesting information and tracking . She reached out to me I collected all tracking information.
First Location DHL said they had been dropped to next carrier USPS , after I talked with USPS it was clear these meds were lost.
Going back to DHL and telling them the package was a cancer patients medication and this was unacceptable they assured me the problem would be resolved quickly after an email reply saying package would be received by Saturday this being on Wednesday the package was overnighted and delivered by UPS the next morning by 10 AM Helen was so Happy I went Above and Beyond the call of duty. I was very pleased that DHL did the right thing and corrected a mistake made on their part.
Stepping up and taking charge is what I do and do not mind doing it.

A little about me, I am a wife of 37 years, Mom, Grammy, and now an Assistant . Although Virtual Assistant is my business title, Mom and Grammy are the greatest of all! In Addition to owning my other business of Tupperware for ten-plus years, I worked for 15 years in the Wire Manufacturing Industry where I obtained many different skills including production, QA Engineering, data entry, shipping,& receiving, inventory control, and raw material testing & specs along with UL and CSA visits thus bringing me to retirement due to manufacturing cutbacks and plants closing. My work experience also includes retail where I had the opportunity to strengthen my shipping skills and developed new skills including boutique assistance invoicing, customer service, branching over a period of five years. You will buy chucks of hours no less than 3 hours can be purchased, and these hours will be,
good for 60 days. only, and they WILL NOT ROLL OVER after 60 days, they will not be refundable, so all hours should MUST BE USED.
An email will be sent on Mondays to inform you of the remaining hours.
When you click on the link provided you will pay for the hours with your credit card.
